Anyone else? I originally thought I could just get 8 cm on femurs and be done with it. Now I'm not sure. My ratio after femur surgery will be 0.62

Did you get both femurs done at one time or one femur at a time? The latter option may have been better.

He may be the exception but certainly not the rule. On average most femur lengthenings past 3-4 cm will need a full tenotomy. Betz is the only one who doesn't do this.
