Why not do both femur and tibia for a combined 10cm?

Unless you have really long femurs your proportions will be fcked.

You should be fine with one op, it might give you 8-10 cm on one segment, maybe that would be enough? Two surgeries double the cost.

You obviously have not taken the time to read the valuable information and diaries on this forum. And also you seem very stubborn. So let me make this very clear to you and everyone else. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO LENGTHEN  8 to 10 cm in one operation. it is a selling point that many shady doctors do. Im sorry but cost doesn't mean a damn thing in front of safety. Its safety first. If I were a moderator I would mute you for a long time for putting peoples live in danger.

You could elongate 10cm in Tibias with 2 surgeries.  But I wouldn't recommend it either for the reasons of proportions and bio-mechanics.  The imbalance you would create may create joint problems for you in the future.  If your femurs are genuinely longer and you have measured then you may be ok.  Try and leave a year between the two surgeries and start doing flexibility exercises straight away.

Seems like you havent taken the time to do enough research either. Doing 10 cm on tibia regardless of one or 2 operations is plain stupid. Thats too much lengthening for a single bone. Not to mention doing so much on just 1 bone segment will put you way out of proprtions. Unless you have actual xray measurements of your bones dont come on here saying your femur to tibia ratio will not be compromised by lengthening only tibias by 8-10cm.
