Hey i'm 21 years old male, I was always much lower than anyone in my life.
My family is very short I do not blame them, in fact I really appreciate them for what they are.
My height is 1.57 .cm. I always thought that I would be taller than I am, I now 21 years old last growth
And I was stuck with this height I can not go on living like this.
It bothers me to go out with friends even be alone in it makes me much frustration and depression .
In my life I was never alone, always be with me ,I had a lot  a relationship and now I have a girlfriend
But I always feel that I am the least and its make me sad everyday

My dream is to get to 1.70 .cm ,I'm willing to go through all the pain to get there
I want to have the surgery with internal pole :
i want to do 7 .cm on femur and 6 .cm on Tibia total 13 .cm both
i have 1 year is it possible ?
I have a very relatively thin legs and I am very afraid Is it possible internal pole?
my femur is looks normal but the tibia is very thin .

I don't ever recommend going over 10 cm for proportion reason (I always feel that going over 10 is a bit too much). BUT, if you feel like you wouldn't care about them, and in relative terms to you I feel like it doesn't matter.

Doing 7 on femurs and 6 on Tibia is good enough for recovery terms. I'd prefer you go with the plan of 5 on tibia and 6 on femurs, because it can give you better recovery and at 168 CM you would only need use thick sole shoes to become 170.

But understand that you will have a hell of a hard time recovering. It all comes down to your budget, and in my honest opinion to get the best result you're gonna need to pay some big money.

As per your thin comment, just bulk up your legs and stretch your muscles for better recovery.

In terms of the proportions it does not really matter to me.
If there is such a chance to work with an internal rod intent feet per minute?
Only if the stretch and work well on muscles like a quick recovery likely?

I don't know about other doctors, but I've heard Dr. Guichet doesn't recommend a second surgery until at least 1 year has passed from your first one.

I'm not exactly sure where I read it, but I believe it's for safety reasons. Try and email him if you like, he responds to everyone personally!
