Do you have a very short torso to begin with? Would be good to post a before pic as well! Since it’s hard to judge this way. Arm length seems fine.

You have long arms, so I think you look good. How tall are you? And what's your sitting height? (if you measured it)

Thanks and I’m 165cm I’m pretty sure and I haven’t measured sitting height, I’m not sure how. It seems pretty low tho. How do I measure sitting height?

You already have long legs and long arms. Do femurs only, better for money and overall proportion
Just realized I’m slightly taller than you but with almost 20cm less in the arms

Mockup looks alien sorry
You have so short torso that even the length of your arms does not save it
If you lengthen tibias only and just for 5cm maybe you can get away, but if you end up looking like in the mockup you will turn stares around on you
