Anybody lengthen by 5inches? 8cm femur and 5cm tibia. Please share your experiences if you did

MyEvolution and Overrideyourgenetics planned their routines as you did.
And me was not out of your league,too.
I plan to do 8+5 for Dr.Paley after 5 yrs,when I can mortgage my new house for it.

Seen some shared that on YouTube. That kind of limit your athleticism.

I have read some diaries maxing out 8cm on femur and 5cm tibia and they all end up with bad side effects I wouldn't lengthen that much.

Btw im not planning to do quadrilateral lengthening. i’ll do 8cm femur first and then once i’ve recovered i’ll proceed to do 5cm tibia
