With 5cm and no growth that means 5'7 morning, 5'6 night. Not sure if that's enough for me. Only if I grow another inch I would reach my goal with 5cm, which is unlikely.

I am even shorter than you and short legged but I decided to go just for sligtly more than 5cm to keep proportion and fuction. 5cm is a lot. You’ll not regret it, 170cm is a Great height.

Soon I'll be doing a series of mockups of 5cm, 6.5cm, and 8cm. They will be in these categories:
1. What I usually wear.
2. Wearing a "suit" and tucked shirt.
3. Wearing a similar outfit to the Paley orange shirt guy.
And of course, the real Hobbes the Dog will be there.

Not really, I'm just 1.5 cm off of 170 cm (exactly 170 in the morning) and it's terrible.
