any link/guidelines for excercises/stretches for achilles tendons/calf while on frames?
Currently I plan to walk and follow these excercises mentioned by dr pili.

But I want to be extra sure and avoid ATL. If there are more excercises/tips, please do share.

Any suggestion is most welcome my friend achilles tendons/calf excercises(basically to avoid ATL)

To veteran(tibial) LLers what did you guys do for equinus prevention/subsidance?
Other than walking and footholders I mean.
