Pretty much the question in the title. Right now im doing external tibias and i started the distraction phase 3 days ago, with some pain in my right leg that goes away after a couple of hours.

My goal is 5/6 cm, how many cm afte the distraction you really start to feel some real discomfort with pain?

Towards the end is harder from diaries I’ve read, but everyone is different. These next few months you’ll need to push yourself and tough it out. Use your motivation, in two months you’ll be a standard deviation taller use this to push yourself to do PT and tough out the discomfort

My discomfort started to settle in at about 4.5 cm at the femurs.  Was not really pain; but just anxiety from the tightness and loss of flexibility I was experiencing.  It all comes back.
