I'm not gonna lie this is one hell of a bad photo choice, clothing, and pose to do after LL but the rest of the photos look absolutely normal. Not defending her or anything, I don't care about any of that but if you see something on the other photos you are just obsessed with something very subtle. Like the among us meme where one sees the astronaut figure in a trash can etc.
In my opinion, if you obsess about ratios too much you should never even think about ll anyways bc your natural body is proportionate. You wanna be significantly taller? you have to sacrifice that. adding 1.5 inches to your height via surgery is just too insignificant if you can achieve it with shoe lifts etc. IMO. The reintegrating into society part and regaining normal functionality is the actual important one.
And about the people hating, that's why you are not going public with this. cosmetic surgeries, in general, are looked down upon in society it is what it is. And this surgery is especially hardcore because of the nature of it. plus height neurosis is something uncommon and most ppl won't understand it because they aren't born in the life we are. If you have more problems about what some degenerates MAY think and cannot stand above it, you should consider doing it twice.

Where do you see this btw? I think her upper leg muscles look actually a bit hypertrophied, in a weird way (maybe because of soft tissue release?). It's not too bad though.

hmmmm we need more of people from the mentally "healthy" community doing this surgery and going public and less of depressed or mentally ill people. that model gal apparently has depression.
oh I hope that day comes when a top athlete, a rocket scientist, an astronaut, a charismatic successful CEO, a world renowned orthopedic surgeon come out for having did leg length surgery to simply improve themselves

I think this will be a rarity. you need unbelievable motivation to bring yourself to such an surgery. I think just optimizing yourself (a little bit) will not be enough, considering the consequences. For most of us, limblengthening is more than that.
Michael Tschida, is a german model (not really a celebrity).

Very interesting to see a model do it, I know modeling requires these people to be between 183-191cm so he really hit the sweet spot with his lengthening. Though a lot of models simply just lie about their height, most are 1-3 inches less than their list height. But 178 is way too short for modeling to even lie about height, since they will make the models wear 32-34 inseam pants in most cases and L shirts.
