I know there are some people in the forum that did LL from above average height to like 6'0 or more. I know there's Sibirsky, he started at like 5'9/5'10 and now he's 6'0" a little taller than me by a centimeter! and some other dude that started at my height, but I couldn't find him. He's now 6'4
I live on the highest peak in Dinaric Alps where average is 200cm i am currently slightly above 190 and I'm looking to get 10 cm to be at least average and not feel like manlet

You need to be 2m to be "average"?
He's obviously a troll dude.

Unfortunately Vader has been banned from here.
He was a weirdo who was 6ft before LL and uses to wear 4 inches heels to feel ok.
He did 2 segment LL and ended up 6.4 and thought he was very masculine because he played sports...tennis to be more specific.
You could have a very good talk with him but he is not here anymore. Maybe he ended up in an asylum or something like that.
Interesting
I am not a troll I just "seriously" answered on a "serious" question
If you cannot live normal with an above-average height, LL will not solve the psychological factors that are affecting your mood and well being.
Your delusions of grandeur will be humbled during and (especially) after the LL process if you decide this is the route you want to go at your height.
There are other factors at play than your height. If any of us had your height, we would not be here or even know what this site is.
