What's the best body type to begin lengthening? Muscular legs or skinny legs? Skinnier legs are probably best since it's less muscle that needs to be stretched out.  Also I think a read somewhere here that a body builder did LL and they had to stop him early because of to many complications.  I'm not body builder status but I do like to workout and can get a good amount of muscle on me.  But if I plan on doing LL in a couple years no point going crazy in the gym I guess right? Thoughts?
