If I lengthen 6-7cm will my BMI also change to that of someone 6-7cm taller than me or will I still have the same BMI?

If I'm into bodybuilding, would my maximum natural weight/shredded-ness change or would it remain the same?

Anybody have any knowledge on this? I'm curious.

Your upper body proportions won't change so neither would your BMI unless you did something extra to make it change

i don't think it will change at all, your genetic will remain same, so the only different is you gain height. it will be more difficult to gain muscle in your leg after the surgery.

It would be harder to gain muscle in legs for a while that's for sure
