I think some of us have BDD - and it is scary. I am afraid whether 4 cm is even enough for me. If I reach 6'2, will I be happy? Not sure about that. But I think so. If I am not, I will wear insoles. body dysmorphic disorder?

If you want to do LL at 6' then yes... You have BDD. These is simply no logic as to why to do it at 6' or even at 5'11 or 5'10 besides a strong non logical belief that your height is a problem in your looks and overall appearance.

Wear insoles now to see how you feel with a 4cm gain.
