For all CLL veterans and survivors, I have read enough to understand that doing CLL, especially femurs, can give you hyperlordosis(duck ass) and can also misshapen your butt muscles. I don't want to think that having this surgery means you give up having a strong and bulky backside. Part of this reason is because I intend to continue competing in fitness competitions after CLL.

Has any survivors or veterans been able to grow back their pre-surgery buttocks shape and muscularity

If you recover well, you will get those muscles back eventually, but it will take a loooooooong time. It's the least of your worries.

I had my surgery in Jan 2018.  You look table flat during the process and for months after, but I’d definitely comes back.  As mentioned above,  work out legs and it will come back if not bigger.

I had a big butt before LL. Have always had a stocky build. After LL, it took about 3 years of hard work, but my ass looks better than ever, and I get compliments on it all the time now  Buttock Degradation and Recovery But Mark my words, immediately after LL, your ass will be non-existent!! It will just take a lot of time and hard work to get it back, but it can be done.
