My quads are stiff through PT so I'm thinking of getting one.

Hey P, nope - Precice2 = purely mechancal/magnetic device, stimulator = purely electrical device.
The Two devices operate using completely  different principles - no risk at all of interaction/interference between the two 😉

They actually often use E stim at Paley PT
