Anyone know if the new bone tissue that forms in the femur can cause issues?
A specific example: there's excessive bone on the medial side of femur, it goes out from the physiological line that femur is supposed to have. Can this for example cause pain in the adductor muscles whenever they "rub" against this irregular bone tissue?

Eventually, it'll remodel and will be the same as the bone around it.
