Pretty much the question in the title, i'm really motivated to get this surgery done and i'm reading a lot, watching before and after pictures of people that got the surgery and mocaps.

My measures a roughly:

Sitting height: 88cm
Wingspan: 167cm
Inseam: 77cm
Femur: 47cm
Tibia: 38cm

What do you think, how much i can push without looking weird, any chance i can get 6,5cm or even 7? Also do you think i'm gonna look weird if i take the surgery and still wear insoles 5cm insoles in my high top sneakers?

EDIT: somehow i failed to mention my height, i’m 163cm

You will be fine with 6cm tibias , in future u can add around 5cm on femur and u will be fine also.
You can post additionally your photo to see how it looks irl.

6.5cm is the most you should do regardless of how tall or short you are. Never do more than that.

And no it won't look weird if you still wear 5cm lifts in your high top sneakers. A lot of people don't realise that wearing high top sneakers or boots actually makes your legs look shorter as it covers a good 7-10cm of your leg. If anything, it will balance out your proportions.

Are you sure about the fact that high top sneakers with insoles will make my legs shorter, i mean those 5 cm coming from the insoles visually is like they are coming from the tibias.
