No. After bone consolidate, you stay that height.

I’m sure I saw a post on here where a user said his height decreased, I’m unable to recall the name though.

The lengthened amount can partly be lost only if the bone is not fully consolidated before the frames or the nails are removed.

If you ... do lengthening or not do lengthening... and your under a certain age... you will naturally have height loss ... as you get older
