japanease gov charge 8percent VAT for all cosmetic surgery which include CLL

From my understanding most doctors take wire transfer, so not sure if there's any VAT charges warranting those
Also Japan just charges 8% on everything, but they don't provide LL as far as I know (unless that changed really really recently)

I read somewhere else that good ll doctors don't provide cll. CLL in Japan is really expensive and not good. Better go to Dr Lee in Korea.
