Yes, I feel that I fked my full potential for growth.Doctor said I'd be around 5'9 as an adult when I was a kid but of course like an idiot I had to start weight lifting at 13 years old and I mean heavy lifting (always thought that stunted growth due to weight training was a myth!) So yeah, I know that I didn't reach my proper height    Does anyone else feel like they never "grew up"?

There are no studies that back up the myth that weight training stunts growth. I've spoken to a number of doctors about it and they all said it has no effect, with the exception of one who said it may allow you to grow taller since weight lifting has a positive effect on bone density. The only way you can negatively affect your growth through weight lifting is if you fracture an epiphyseal plate during an exercise.

Sometimes it's just not very acurate, I got it measured when I was a kid and the result I got was 6-1-6'2. At the age of 16 I got it measured again and the Dr. told me that I already reached my final height, I only did moderate training and had a decent diet. Perhaps my sleep was not enough but I'm sure this can't have been the reason.

I feel like this somewhat now, but during puberty I was an early bloomer, already had a deep voice at 13 and was 5'9 in height without shoes, it seems as if my shoulders didn't follow though, they're not small just not as big as I would like them to be which makes me mad sometimes because my dad is 5'9 with broad shoulders.

Don't let that fool you. A well known doctor predicted I would be 5'10 when I was 8 and I'm 5'2.
I doubt I lost 8 inches of height because I didn't eat enough veggies.

That is a huge discrepancy. How tall are your parents?
