I am considering having my femurs done over the summer of 2017. I would like to start stretching now to make the process as smooth as possible.
If anyone could provide a stretching routine given to them by their PT or Surgeon it would be greatly appreciated.
Any tips or advice on how else I can prepare my body for best potential outcome I would greatly appreciate it.
