from reading parihar precise diaries (he is a world class surgeon better than most foreign docs in terms of his skills) 1 patient in 5 needed it.

but if your doing it in developed country then why you worried? Blood is safe in developed country.

Thats good to know.  Yeah ill be in Germany, should be fine but obviously id prefer to not have that done.  Just weird having someone else's blood in you.  I'm usually fearful of the unknown rather than the known.  Healthcare is a field being figured out day by day.
