Hi everyone, is there anyone knows how much is the risk of embolism on external femoral lengthening surgery?

So you mean external method tends to have lower risk of embolism compared to internat method,right? But unfortunately there is still possibility, I can't imagine the situation in which I can die due to embolism((

Actually my doctor also said that there is risk of embolsim in especially femur lengthening. But anyway it is lower
