I can only run about 600-1000 metres before feeling tired so endurance is totally gone. I can do a 20 minute hike up a mountain and then I will need to rest for a minute before continuing... the fascia layer cannot expand to cope with the muscular expansion on exertion.

I am worried about doing a release surgery because I am doing much better in sports now than before, because I train thrice as hard as before knowing that I have underwent massive surgery. I don't want to lose all that.

Frame removal was 4-5 months ago.
Surgery was 1 year and 10 months ago I think.
