Thinking of doing 5 cm on femurs and 5 cm on tibias. So total of about 4 inch gain, and since it’s not too much on either, should be ok maybe? Also, I would definitely space them out about a year apart. Thoughts? Standing at about 5’9 currently, this would make me 6’1.

5cm on each a year apart should be relatively easy.
6cm + 4cm I feel would be even easier, as tibias you're reaching the hard limit with 5cm on it and the last cm can be difficult, compared to Femurs where 6cm is still relatively easy.
You also would maintain the ratio of longer Femurs than tibias which reduces problems like arthritis for the hip and knees.
5cm on each a year apart is good, 6cm Femurs and 4cm Tibias a year apart is even better imo.
