Hii  Fixing Knock Knees simultaneous to Leg Lengthening?

I have moderate knock knees and want to fix them at the same time as Leg Lengthening surgery. My plan is to get external Tibias for 6cm and with Knock Knees fixed, I should expect an 8-9cm height gain in total. I would go from 179cm to 187cm then. I already found a doctor willing to perform in Europe too for a reasonable price.

Would the high tibial cut required to fix knock knees be a problem for the Leg Lengthening process? I'm wondering because I usually see the osteotomy performed in the middle of the bone rather than closer to the knee.

When did they ban LL in China?

Is it for everyone, including foreigners as well?

It depends where the misaligment is. I've been quoted that I might need a femoral osteotomy as well to fix the knock knees completely.

My misaligment is both in the tibia and femur unfortunately.
