I have never seen a recovery quite like this guy.  Hes 45 and he went skiing 9 months after surgery.  Did 6CM with betzbone.  If my recovery looks anything like this I would be psyched.  But trying to manage my expectations as well.

What do you guys think....are some people just lucky?  Is this a normal recovery and most just dont document it?

Most patients I have talked to and seen videos of usually recover like this. What all of them had in common is lengthening a max of 6cm on femurs.

Thats super encouraging to hear.  This forum captures probably less than 1% of LL outcomes and most are incomplete so it really is tough to tell whats realistic at times.

That’s why I’ll be doing 6cm also. Everyone who lengthens over this amount are usually the ones who recover slower and have the most issues.

I agree. I find that most diaries are useless since the process itself isnot as important, in my opinion, as the long term recovery which is almost always not reported. Another oroblem with many diaries is that those with the " omg, now I slay pussy, became CEO etc.." are almost always from fake diaries of very problematic docs

Key to successful LL = Lengthen slower than 1 mm and not more than 5 on tibias and 6 on femurs
