You have now great long legs..and even though I cant judge about the proportion from this pic, (because of the angle of the pic) but I think you still have good proportion ..

I, myself, can see, that my femurs are longer than normally, but it doesn't look strange. I guess for girls it's not a disfavour to have longer legs. Hanna84 - Internal Femurs, Dr. Betz 2013

Hey Hanna!

Congratz for reaching your lengthening goal and your legs look great with minimum scarring Hanna84 - Internal Femurs, Dr. Betz 2013

I am just wondering if your were flexible before surgery and do you reckon it helped you reach 9 cm with lesser muscle pain/tightness?

Also what stretching did you do while lengthening besides physical therapy?

Cause I am planning to lengthen 6cm on my femur with PRECICE2 and your experience will be really helpful.

Thanks!

Yes, I was flexible before surgery, but not super flexible. I did the best I could to prepare me and I guess, what helped a lot was, that I only lengthened 0,7-0,8mm per day.
Your doctor and physiotherapist will show you exercises you can do on your own without harming the nail. It did simple stretching exercises that you can do while sitting or lying. And I cycled a lot, I have the impression, it also helped me to stay flexible.

Hanna,
Do LLers in betzland walk on stairs after surgery? I heard most LLers of dr. Betz goes back to work after 2-3 weeks. I am curious how do they able to drive and walk uneven surface such as stairs.

Please let us know what you see. I really want to do this in May but need to return home to get back to work. I can work from home office so is it even possible?

Thanks much!
