How bad are these?

Honestly I don‘t thinks 12cm is looking that bad. But which one would you do max?

I started with 156 cm and 163.5 cm wingspan and did 13 cm. I would only do 12.5 cm max, if I did it again. The last mm extra is really pushing it.
12 cm is doable for you, and would look fine with your wingspan.

5 cm deviation from the wingspan is within the distribution.

I kind'agree.. I'd go with 7.5 +5.5cm or 8+5.5cm
