how do you make mock up, and xray calculation too?

how do you make your mockup ?

also i saw some people do xray correction to find out their actual lengthened amount while on lengthening stage. What's that program?

To make a mock-up.

1. Calculate pixel:cm ratio in the image
2. Create gap in image the height of the desired number of pixels
3. Stretch image to fill the gap

Not sure about the x-ray one.
