I heard Paracetamol is not common in the USA, wonder why?
Not sure I'm spelling oxytocin right tho, I hear about something called 'oxy' by some forum users
How does oxytocin (?) pain killer compare to tramadol and Paracetamol?
Oxycodone is incredibly strong. Tramadol and APAP is childs play in comparison.

Yeah I sort of wonder about this. Sometimes when I take tramadol, I think it is probably doing something for the physio stretching pain but I cannot completely tell
And for paracetamol often I cannot tell if it did something but I assume it does do something for physio stretching pain
I found that listening to music + pillows to get comfy seem to help during physio for comfort and distractions, somehow not being able to hear my own groans/screaming makes the experience less intense
I'm actually curious why in the USA they allow oxycodone but not use paracetamol that much
A very accessable drug that makes you practically numb to muscle pain; dextromethorphan. 2.5mg/kg an hour before physiotherapy, and the torture you'd expect from stretching becomes rather pleasant. It's sometimes used in conjunction with opiates to potentiate analgesia and reduce tolerance, but it's impressive on its own. Give it a try and let me know if it helped.
