Its possible with a weight bearing internal nail to not look totally stupid at 4 months.  But you're not going to be 100%.  It will look like you tweaked your back and are walking stiff.  Thats about the best it gets from what I've seen.

Took me nine months after I stopped lengthening for most of the tightness, nerve pain go away and walk 100% normal. I lengthened 80mm

Hey there.. want to do it with gnail,  I work at office, not neccesary physical but something I need to sign paperwork, joints, check proceses etc.. Im owner I have heard that you need to stay 6 weeks in hospital (grece), and 3-5 months before work.. in an office and with weight bearing nail is posible to work partly In one month, when did you return to work?
