How long does it take to have sex

I plan to do LL for 5cm either by femur or tibia, I need to know how many time can I have sex after the op day, I have a girlfriend, please help, your advices will affect my decision.

Frankly, I am not in a relationship which means that my opinion is not necessarily adapted but what is certain is that for 1 year I focus on my rehabilitation and nothing else

Technically speaking 3rd day after the operation you can get some action. Realistically, you wont be thinking about sex, at all. It might be feasible to have start having sex 3 weeks post OP, but it will be a deadfish sex. Besides, your gf might find the whole situation off-putting.
