The forum represents a tiny proportion of those who are considering/have undergone limb lengthening which got me thinking, over the years, how many people have undergone cosmetic limb lengthening around the world? Surely it must be in the tens of thousands.

I think a couple of thousands, perhaps reaching into the low ten thousands, would be a good estimate. In this forum you can see about 80% of people thinking about it and 20% doing it, if even that many.
