I have a question from one member here considering various doctors but afraid of being screwed and not having the possibility to sue and get a compensation and the doctor's license revoked. Is it possible to sue a foreign doctor? For example, can you sue an American doctor if you are German? Can you sue a Spanish doctor if you are American? What if you are an Italian doing surgery in Spain with German methods? How can you sue in those cases?
