How soon before the LL process did Dr Betz/Becker team want deposit? 20,000 euro

I have been told it is 20,000 euros, 4 months prior?

I was told that also, but I believe it's based on not having consultation. I amended the original request, to add a consultation and I was told I can pay closer to surgery date.
