Quote from: determination on March 09, 2020, 06:04:39 PMHumerus lengthening is possible as I met one at Dr Pili's surgery.
It was not for aesthetic reasons as this young guy had a short arm since he was a boy and was getting the length difference fixed.

Where is located Dr Pili ?

No one said it's not possible. We are just saying is retarded, dangerous and with no upside.

There is an upside... i understand it's less but I don't know if you guys are stressing the importance of our arms/hands or providing evidence that it is so much more dangerous... first of all nobody would get more than probably an inch in the arm and also I don't know about paralysis but it seems like a stretch and if you had some stiffness in ur arms ur hands would likely not be affected. If this were to be done it would be to give the appearance of a larger torso . very strong feelings ab this wow

Definitely do humerus lengthening it is not dangerous and no complications just chose good surgeon and if you have insurance it will cover some of the cost ,  of course I recommend Dr Rozbruch if you in NY

if people really care about proportions I don't think they should do humerus lengthening. It will make your forearms look even shorter. and as far as I know no trustworthy doctors will preform forearm lengthening for cosmetic reasons. It just doesn't look right too me

Quote from: dreamingtall on February 25, 2020, 02:31:54 AMDoes anyone know much about humerus lengthening? Cost, procedure type...?

I know id only lengthen an inch and it would be for body building down the future... im sure the rehab would be smoother as well

I had asked the question on this forum few months ago, and if I remember a surgeon or someone replied to me. Saying it’s possible to lengthen the Arms but it’s to risky and that it’s more harder to lengthen then the legs and apparently could leave you paralysed so I got abit nervous and its not worth risking... I personally don’t know but someone told me that, do the research
