1)From everything I have read external tibias is the best way to go.Is that true?

2)Regarding permanent knee pain. Does LON have a less chance to cause that than full internal methods?

3)How about the slow illizarov technique. Is that better? (if time is not problem)

4)Which doctors would you recommend for external tibias?

1) yes
2)  no, it's the same (for tibias), apparently but there are not sistematic comparative long term studies
3) yes, it's still better (or a multi ring derivative)
4) Ilizarov pioneers in the west (don't remember names but will try to recover in my notes).
