Is 15cm a safe amount to lengthen with 2 surgeries?

8 on femurs and 5 on tibias are pretty much the standard, but only if you have the budget to going to a reputable Doctor. If you are planning to undergo this with a cheap surgeon it's pretty much suicide (Turkey, India).

Also it comes with a price, and that's your mobility. It won't be the same ever. As you can imagine and as you can read all over here.
