My height is 5'6 barefoot without hair and my dream height is 6'2. But I don't have to actually be 6'2, it's enough for me to be able to confidently claim 6'2. Of course the closer I am to 6'2 barefoot the better, but I was wondering what barefoot height should I achieve with double LL to pass as 6'2 in public. And is my dream height even achievable?
My dream height is the same as well. If you are really motivated enough and build up high enough pain tolerance and strong exercise routine, you could try Betzbone with Dr. Betz (it has the largest lenghtening capacity of 12 cm per segment). If your body allows, you could achieve the maximum of around 20 cm.
No one can tolerate 20 cm safetly every single surgeon in the world uses the safety guidelines for a reason except Livelifetaller and Dr Betz who doesn't even do ITB release on patients (what a noob) - 8 cm MAX on femurs - 5-6 cm max on tibias is what is safe. Doing more is basically gambling with your long term health for minimum benefit.
With that starting height a realistic expectation is about 7-8 cm on femurs and 5 cm on tibias. And that is if you push it to the limit and is lucky. That would make you go from 5'6 to about 5'11. Honestly gaining more height from 5'11 isn't really going to give you any benefits anyone saying something different is delusional and even if you did more, your're torso will look waaaayyy to short compared to your legs.

Maybe he can make a third surgery on the femur to reach 188 cm, but I don't think that anyone can bear this expensive and hard track to reach this height.
5'11 then fraud with shoes, lifts, and hair to 6'2
20 cm is difficult but not impossible, it all depends on how flexible your legs are and your overall health at the time of surgery. But 6.0 is also a very good option and much more tolerable than 8 inches.
There are individuals who have achieved a 20 cm increase; it is not impossible. While complications may arise, based on what I've learned, the vast majority of them can be manageable with long and extensive physiotherapy at best (and another surgery at worst), and it just thappens that certain individuals are more inclined to invest a greater effort into their recovery journey.
5'11 is your best bet. Even that would be tough. In my opinion if you cant be happy with that you'll most likely find an issue if you do even reach 6'2 miraculously for example, you'll find issue with proportions, athletic ability, complication, etc.. Possibly even look into arm lengthening cause you wont look right. This isn't an easy surgery where you create your own player in nba2k. This is tough and requires patience, mental and physical toughness every day when you're in it. I wish more lengthening patience described the nagative experiences of going through this rather than just the positive cause its a daily grind.
