Hi,
I have just watched an interview with Dr. Paley.
Did I understand correctly, that if doing femur lengthening, then the IT-band release is a must have?
At which stage of lengthening should sou consider this surgery? (during lengthening, after lengthening)
I also read many diarys and it seems almost every femur patient is having problems with the IT-band...

I dont know about that, but i first got "widelegs" when i was around 2cm and it was pretty bad in the beginning. Now im almost at 7cm and i still have widelegs but its better compared to when i was at 2cm. So hopefully when i reach my goal of 8cm and stop clicking the widelegs will disappear shortly after.
