As long as your bones haven't been completely hardened for over 2 years, even if they are closed you can still get as much as 2 inches and that's only dealing with the plates in your legs your torso usually grows at least a centimeter till 19 unless you had premature puberty ending or started it super early like 9 years olday I'm so happy I discovered this. My friend was told his growth plates were closed he's 19 and was 6'2" but is now 6'2.5" after starting Letro.

I’ve actually grown half an inch at 23. I’m quite a late bloomer though, but I have used letrozole and crashed my estrogen.
