I have been thinking about this surgery for nearly a year now, I am 18 years old and soon will be 19 . After looking at many diaries on this surgery and thinking a lot, I realised that surgeon like Paley and Mahboubian are good but too expensive, Dr mahaboubian is fairly cheap but 70,80k is still a lot of money. So I did some research and found Dr Giotikas and read many decent diaries, he is fairly cheap too, so my question is how long did it take for you guys to save up the money for the surgery, and how long will it take me to save up about 70k, I live in UK so (£) Please reply. I am currently a student and soon will be working, as a Chef. I personally think it could take me about 5,6 years which I think could be too long, but idk... please reply guys help

Well, this depends on what your salary is and your expenses. You would know more than anyone else how long it would take you to save up for the surgery.

You could check out Dr. Parihar (Mumbai, India) or Dr. Buldu (Istanbul, Turkey). That would be two of the surgeons I’ve heard of and seem to have a good reputation, especially Dr. Parihar. Depending on the method, the price rises exponentially. If you are considering Stryde, be ready to drop at least $50,000.

6 years is not too long to wait, and 25 is not too old to get it done.  You have a lot of good years ahead of you, so stay motivated and don't get discouraged!  Limb lengthening Costs/ Saving Money
