LL complication risks in 2023?

Hello, I have been reading you for several months now and have followed the experiences of many people who have started LL.

I am 27 years old, I am 178cm, I would like an LL to reach 185-186cm but my biggest question and fear are the complications, hence these questions:

1) What is the % risk of complication doing an LL to grow 8 cm in 2023 with a good surgeon (budget of $80,000)?

3) After growing up will leg pain always persist?

Why would you do LL when your're already 178 cm? Why do you desire to become taller at that height? It's very unlikely to have height dysphoria at that height, when your as tall or taller than most people... But hey if you still wanna do it, go with a surgeon who has a high level of experience, choose an internal method for the femurs like precice, and that's the best you can do when it comes to safety. If you do this the chances of something going wrong is extremely low and the tradeoff is worth it, unless you're an elite sportsman, or only do this to pleasure superficial women.
