Hi fellow lengtheners,

This is just a general poll of sort to all the LON patients out there, tibia or femurs. How long did it take you to walk normally? No crutches, nothing like that.

Generally as I am lengthening in Turkey, I can say with full confidence that most patients here are walking normally without any support anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months post frame removal completely normally but I do occasionally come across a lot of people on the forum taking a lot longer than this. Maybe you can all share the experience, im curious to see if they are doing anything differently and if that is the reason for the delay.

Myself, I am not the most active patient when it comes to physio but I must say that in comparison with everyone else I have done a rather modest amount of lengthening in comparison of 6.5cm so hopefully everything will go by smooth.
