Hi, this is really depend on your age. If you are younger he will allowe you to turn faster. The normal time for 5cm is 3 months. 15 days since operation you will start to lengthening with the rate 0.75mm/day so almost 90 days for 5cm.
If you are younger like me and my sis the rate will be 0.1mm/day. About 2 month and a half.

Hi, thanks dude. I think this is because Asian people usually have long back and short legs. My doctor told me so. LON Tibial 8cm in Vietnam
