Hey guys
If money is not an issue, which method would you prefer for tibia lengthening of one(!) leg?
Precice - no pin site infections (I f## hate these) but seems like the not weightbearing issue for all period is a downside.

I know the general opinion of places like Livelifetaller, but there's an older Japanese guy over there with exfix on both tibias and he's walking unassisted and doing everything with no effort or the slightest limp. I'm sure it's not the common patient and I really wish I knew what's his secret...

The goal is to fix a discrepancy of 3 cm.
And the main considerations are safety (right now I'm with an circular ring on one tibia and dealing with endless infections and pains related to infections), and the ability of being mobile as much as possible.

Precice max
Is it for certain?
Will it be for both femurs and tibias?
I wonder if it's wise to be a patient of a technology that hasn't been tested many times before and proved safe

But definitely, precice with weightbaring is a dream
