Russian slavic people are about the same than others slavic european people
and Moscow is also one of the largest city in Europe
But I still think it's impossible, 6'3 is very very rare for girls. Maybe one but three in only one day ...

i understand you ,its hard to believe but i know how 6ft3 looks like (my cousine and one friend are 6 ft 3) they both roughly half a head taller than me and those girls were same (just by my feelings)
I dare to say they are not ,exactly the same as average europeans ,no less than 5 ft 9
what about most girls ,yes you are right but its not very rare to meet some of them in 5 ft 7-9 zone(not just youngsters)

It is a south european country in the mediterranean sea.
There are not many. 
There are tons of taller than me women at my job.
I'm from middle europe slavic country.
But no 6'3'' women hopefully.
Yes 6'3 is about the average for young european women

I doesn't happen often but ye nothing unusual honestly. Imho there are tons of women above 5'11 here.
Also I noticed lots of couples where woman is taller than man or same height,not a rare stuff nowadays

Depends on what you define as "unusual". I suspect it's probably not more than 5% of women, even in Poland.
