If you're between 1m68 and 1m70, you won't be considered short, but you'll be below average. With shoes, if you reach 1m73-74, no one will comment on your height. There will always be women who prefer tall men, but generally, those who focus solely on physical appearance end up single with children to care for.
The right decision in your case is to consider femur lengthening, but don't rush it. Take your time, save money, and live your life before and after the procedure! Height is just one aspect of many in life. Enjoy your youth because after the surgery, you might think you should have ignored your height.
Anyway, choose a reputable doctor and save money for a year or two. Don't be tempted by low-cost options; you could face problems that will cost you more than if you had chosen a good doctor.
My advice: don't go to Turkey or India; it doesn't seem reliable there. Since you're in France, Greece seems to be a good choice. It's up to you.

if u do tibias up to 7 cm make sure u do alot of walking and stretching during lengthening. so u can take advantage of ur ankles before u get ballerina feet and then it gets worst from that.
