Hi! I'm new here, and obviously considering LL surgery. I'm around 163.2 centimeters, which puts me just a little bit above 5'4. My concern (besides being able to function properly) is if my current proprtions would be able to handle the surgery. Would someone who's able to create mockups edit the photo I've provided on the femurs and/or tibia and vice versa? Thanks!

You're well proportioned. If you didn't tell us, I'd think you were at least 170cm going from that pic.
To my eyes, it's the femurs that look on the shorter side. But they're always bigger than the tibias, so it's probably just an impression.
